Join other fellow NJYPers in getting out, making friends and having fun!

Boo! I would have liked to have gone, but this is Palm Sunday. I have many, many, many (long) church services this day. lol. HAVE FUN!

Hiking shoes should be ok in terms of ankle support (since there aren't too many up/down hills). Just be aware there may be some muddy spots in which boots would be better for navigation. If the ground is frozen (which it may very well be), it will not even be an issue. Having said this, I would still recommend going with trail shoes. Hope that helps!

Would my Merrell hiking shoes be OK for this hike? I don't have hiking boots even though I should invest in a pair.

The last time I hiked here, it began to pour when my friend and I were half-way around the circuit trail. It was still gorgeous scenery and made for some pretty amusing photos!

This is very close to me, so it's a definite possibility.
