The Terrace Pond hike AND SWIM is back! This loop hike is unique in that it will include a stop off at a beautiful spring fed lake that you can actually take a swim in or just relax next to. Along the way we will also pass by cool cliffs, neat rock formations, glacial erratics and rock scrambles. Pack a light lunch, extra water, a bathing suit, water shoes, and a towel!

Member Cost:
$5 for the first 10 to buy a ticket
$10 for the next 11-25 to buy a ticket
$20 at the door (so please register online)

Non-Member Cost:
$20 online and at the door

Premium Member Cost:
FREE for Premium Members who register online

Tickets:
There are a limited number of Tickets for sale.
Tickets are not mailed, but your name will be kept at the door.
All sales are final.

Specs:
The hike is classified as moderate and is about 4.3 miles long.
The hike should take 2-3 hours.
As with all hikes you must be in good, athletic shape.

Sweeper:
If the group is large we are going to look for 2 volunteers to act as sweepers. Sweepers will walk at the end of the hike line and will make sure the group stays together.

Hike Leader:
Noah will be leading this hike. He will do a trial run of the hike to make sure the trails are clean, etc.

What to bring:
Bathing suit, water shoes, and a towel (optional).
Hiking boots and water (required).
Snacks, a light lunch, etc.
Toilet paper, tissues, plastic bags for garbage, etc.

Inclement Weather:
Precipitation may cancel this hike. Please check your inbox for updates and the NJYP.org calendar. Tickets will be refunded. Extreme may also cancel this hike.

Directions:
From Wayne NJ take rt. 23 North into West Milford. Make a right onto Clinton Rd. Be careful Clinton Rd is suppose to be haunted. Follow Clinton Rd past Clinton Reservoir. Trail head and parking is on the left on Clinton Rd. Just before pipe Line and close to the end of the road. If you go to Warwick Turnpike you went too far. (Lat:41.14257 Lon:-74.4072)
