Event Description

This hike has been canceled due to snow.  It is just too deep for us to hike through :(  Refunds will be sent via email and we will try again in March.

Bundle up YPs, this winter we are venturing out to investigate one of New Jersey’s mysteries, the Tripod Rock.  Weird NJ reports that there are theories that this rock was purposefully balanced by prehistoric humans while others give all the credit to glacial movement.  Read up here on what to watch out for then grab your boots, water bottle, and lots of layers and meet us for a winter romp to the rock.

Jami, this was my first hike and I loved it. You should be fine, just make sure you have the proper shoes that have been broken in before the hike and lots of water.
