Join us for an invigorating & relaxing session at Yoga Montclair. Using this ancient practice, we’ll release tensions from the work week and embrace an inner calmness.

Who can Attend:
All levels may attend.
This will not be a private event; we will join in on a class that already exists.

What to bring:

Bring a towel and a reusable bottle of water.
Bring a yoga mat. You can rent one there for $1 if you do not own one.
