I love the Game Nights, although I have yet to attend one! I hope to go to the next one, keep them coming!

Other ideas for fun events: Hikes (as seen in the past), Yoga/Wellness events, Dinner and a Movie, Classes...

And any other geeky social gatherings for us straight edge (dry) folk!

I would love to attend any of these types of events... I don't drink, and these events wouldn't be at a bar....

Are there any more ideas to share on this…

Hi everyone,

I am currently employed at a non-profit org. as an admin. assistant, but I am looking to start my career in event planning and was wondering if anyone knew of any opportunities. I have my BA in Journalism, a track in Public Relations, and a minor in Event Planning. I have worked on events in the past and have done some freelance work. I am looking to get my foot in the door. Even volunteer opportunities would be helpful.

I had an awesome time at the Cocktails for a Cause event, and I'm hoping that there will be more monmouth county events in the future. Is there anybody else that would want to see more happy hours and events in Monmouth/Ocean county?

I think a holiday happy hour at a place like the Watermark in Asbury Park would be great. I hadn't been there before and it's gorgeous!
