Hi everyone!!  It seems as though a lot of people here are trying to solicit your money for one cause or another...  I think it's great there is so much volunteerism going on!!!

Well, here's another cause.  I have been volunteering at the Monmouth County SPCA for a few years now and will be actually participating at this year's Dog Walk & Pet Fair instead of working the event.  The MCSPCA is a (very) low kill shelter.  They will not put down a healthy adoptable animal. Unfortunately for some animals, when nothing more can be done for them medically it is actually more inhumane to keep them alive and let them suffer.  They do amazing work sheltering the homeless animals, giving them medical attention and finding their "forever homes".  The MCSPCA also works to protect them from animal cruelty, has a low cost spay/neuter and vaccine clinic, training classes and multiple outreach events to educate the public on animal cruelty and other related topics. 

MCSPCA is fully funded by donations, adoption and clinic fees.  They receive NO money from the state nor are they affiliated with the ASPCA.  Please support their efforts by sponsoring my team for their biggest fundraising event of the year.  Every dollar you give goes right to the shelter.
