Beach Trip Saturday August 7th Asbury Park
After three years of not going to the beach, I've decided to extend my sunburn from last weekend and hit up Asbury Park with some friends. My good friend Justin is helping me plan this one.
All NJYPers, whether new or veteran, whether we've met or not, are completely welcome!
The plan is to get to asbury park around 1pm. It's tough to meet up at the beach, but let's try to anyway. From 1 until 1:30 I'll be at the Beach Bar getting lunch. If you arrive later or can't find us, reach me at 908 955 3484 or 908 95 KEITH. We'll stay for sun and fun, dinner and night life if people are down.

It should be pretty easy to find but if you get lost I will have my phone on (607)-227-3045. Just walk to the end of the boardwalk, enter the building and turn right. There are also bathrooms near by to change.
Asbury Park has some great boardwalk food, so come prepared to eat!

It's the middle of the summer... how do you have a cold? lol
Anyway, who else is down? Invite whomever you want and be sure to be good to go for some night life beach time too.

Alright talked this up and I know for a fact that we have three or four people going. Post if you're coming - I know it's short notice but the more people we have the more fun we'll have.
I'll be bringing a frisbee - anyone else bringing anything?

Asbury public beach, I would put cocktails into like water jugs - the coleman types... No alcohol on Jersey beaches unless its the free beaches :)
Also the beach bar is in the "large building" called the Convention Center :)
All parking around there is metered. Remember your parking spot # and put it into the meter things located on every block.

You're sitting there at work, bored, waiting for your Friday to end, and then you come across this thread. You know what you need? Sun, beach, a lack of Jersey Shore style guidos. You can have all of that and more tomorrow at Asbury Park for the low low price of joining us at 1pm tomorrow at the beach!
Chime in if you're coming or text me at 908 955 3484. I'll be trying to remember to bring a frisbee, someone should bring a football or something. Hell, I wouldn't mind making sand castles either haha.
