Essex/Bergen County female looking for some new friends

Good Morning all.

I am a 31 year old, single female from the Nutley/Clifton area of NJ. I work in aviation at a private airport terminal. I enjoy traveling, photography, dancing, trying new restaurants, going to the movies and shows (whether it is a famous band to a local nobody), having a great night out with friends whether it is over coffee or drinks, shopping, camping, working out and reading.

Born and raised in NJ, most of my friends moved away from me and/or got married and do not like to "interact" much any more.

I am looking to make some new friends and/or dates to make me fall in love with things to do in NJ once again. I've joined NJYP in the past but never made it out to any events, so I am a true newbie. Is anyone else here in the same boat?

I hope to meet up with you at an event in the near future. I can fill you in on my career over some drinks, so it sounds more interesting LOL!!!

I can relate, most of my closest friends are married/moved...love to dance, travel, work out...and we're neighbors...I live in nutley!

Hey there Kimberly, well welcome back again to the site. I on the other hand am new to Jersey having moved here not to long ago. Work in Medicine, and have a crazy work schedule, but have been looking to meet new faces and go new places. Been especially looking for outdoors stuff as some one told me NJ is has some awesome hiking and camping spots.
On the other end of things also looking for bars and restaurants, in essence places to hang out
when the time allows would love to hear of places to hang, I live in Edison

I am in the same boat...sort of! I'm originally from the South and am now a New Jersey transplant (I live in Nutley too!). The majority of people that I have met are those that work with me, and most of them are older or have families. I would love to meet someone who is interested in getting out and exploring all the fun things that NJ has to offer!

I've been to one NJYP event and had a great time and met a lot of really nice people. Let me know if you plan to attend any events and maybe I'll meet ya there! :)

Hey if you guys are interested there is a wine event being organized by one of the members on here. I think the event is on the 11th of Dec at a restaurant in Metuchen. I think the person organizing it is doing a head count to see how many people want to go. Guess it would be another place to meet people
just a wanted to put it out there for those who have not seen it

I can relate, most of my closest friends are married/moved or just don't want to go out. I enjoying going out, seeing bands, having drinks and I love to travel as well. I like in Morris County, Morris Plains and would love to meet new friends to go out with!
