So, I'm curious... anyone interested in a networking dinner for Marketing professionals?

I used to put together a dinner for creative professionals and communication professionals and I'm wondering what the interest out there is for a Marketing dinner. It's good for networking, jobs, ideas, resources and good conversation.

If you're interested, let me know and tell me your county and type of food you'd be interested in.

I'm thinking Morris County and Sushi!

HI Paul-

I'm a Brand Manager for a food company with past exploits in the beverage and over the counter categories. I'd be interested in meeting other marketing professions. I currently live in Union county and work in Morris County. I'm up for any type of food other then fish.

I'm so glad this event is getting some good interest!! Laura is happy to make it an official event! But, in order to do the event right, we need to set it up for January. So the date is set for January 5th. Put it on the calendar. It's going to be in Morris County. Right now we are planning on having it at Vanderbilt's in Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center, 175 Park Avenue, Florham Park. The place is great to sit and talk. The food is good and it has Lots of free games.

Can everyone interested post who they are and what they do so we can all get to meet you early?

Hey Paul,

A marketing dinner sounds great. I'm a Marketing Manager for a medical device company in Hoboken. So Hudson county. I'm interested in attending on January 5th, or even earlier. I'm down for whatever type of food and flexible on times.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks,
-Frank

Vanderbilt's is nice. I went there for a work mixer. They have shuffleboard, foosball tables, pool, lots of tvs for sports games. I remember the food being good although we just had appetizer items.

January 5 should work for me! 6/6:30 would be good.

I'm Kristen and I do marketing for an accounting firm in Roseland (Essex Co). We're not one of the big 4 firms, but top 15. I help customize sales presentations/proposal and prepare marketing materials for our 65 partners/managers. I'm also involved in mailing lists and client/prospect event coordinator/preparation.

I'm interested as well - I'm currently a CPG marketer working in Parsippany and would love to meet some other people who speak my language.

My experience consists mostly of working within a sales organization of a Boston based investment management company, but post MBA as a marketer at a central Jersey based CPG company. Looking forward to this event!

Could this invitation be extended to a Sales Manager with a solid international experience and a long lasting interest for MKT?
If so, I would be glad to attend this event...
Ciao a tutti,
Michele
