Looking for a new housemate to share my current apartment in Bridgewater starting September 1st.   Great location right of Rt 22 close to the Mall.   I'm a 30 year old professional, have lived here 4 years and love it.  Building has just 4 apartments, by a terrific private landlord.

Ø Room will be unfurnished and has hardwood floors. 

 ØShared rooms:  kitchen, living room, dinning room and bathroom

Ø  Nice yard area but No Pets 

Ø Off street parking.

Ø  Central heat/AC

Ø  Laundry in the basement

Ø  Quiet neighborhood.

Ø  Looking for $600 plus split utilities (gas/electric and cable).
