Online Marketing Without Getting SPAM!

Hi -

I'm in the process of starting my own business and have started marketing online. I'm now getting bombarded with spam! Does anyone know how and where to market online without getting an inbox full of spam mail??

1) never put your e-mail address anywhere on the internet; just put your website so people can contact you through your contact form
2) as adam said add captcha to your contact form; see the "contact" section of my website http://www.didieolaw.com for an example; let me know if you need help setting it up
