We have a space for rent in a four-bedroom, two-bath private house in Whippany (East Hanover - google zip code 07981). The space is available on March 1st. The length of rental would be at least six months, maybe longer.

It’s a great house located on a cul-de-sac in an upscale beautiful and quiet neighborhood, with a park nearby. There’s also a laundry room, patio, large backyard, and driveway for 2-3 cars, plus garage.

We are seeking a responsible roommate, professional male or female. The space for rent is up to you; there is a master bedroom with private bath, or two adjacent bedrooms.
In both cases, there is a full bathroom, a den/living room, plus full
use of common living and dining space. The house is large and has plenty of space,
including basement.

It is a very convenient location, close to shopping on Route 10, and NJ highways for commuting.
