The ideal roommate:

-Young, under 30

-Employed

-Does not smoke

-Co-ed is fine

-Is social! I've had roommates who are complete introverts and as a result I always feel awkward when I come home and they haven't moved from the couch in the past 6 hours. I want people who will be open to having fun, having people over, going out, and just enjoying life while we're young. Not someone that is afraid of people or melds with their significant other to become one person who hangs out with no one else.

-Neat? Well, I'm not the neatest person in the world, but I'm a hell of a lot neater than most people. No need to be a neat freak, but you should know how to clean up after yourself. I've had roommates that did not understand the concept of a hamper or laundry. Please don't be that guy/girl.

I'm looking for <$700 a month per person rent. Up to 3 roommates for a 4 person place is acceptable.
