A well respected bookkeeping firm (located within a CPA firm in Florham Park, NJ) seeks a full-time Staff Accountant/QuickBooks Specialist to address a variety of client bookkeeping needs. Tasks include recording of monthly transactions and posting of journal entries in QuickBooks, both Online and Desktop versions. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, payroll processing, preparation of sales tax returns. Maintain frequent contact with clients via both telephone and e-mail. Ability to manage multiple clients. Flexible to travel to client locations in NY/NJ. Must have strong organizational skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients. 2-5 years accounting and bookkeeping experience and bachelor's degree in business or accounting required.
