Winter Hike Pass
Fresh Air. Hot Drinks. New Friends.
The Winter Hike Pass is no longer for sale. If you were one of the 29 Young Professionals who bought a pass please email Laura@NJYP.org for information on how to register for our winter hikes for $0.
As the nights get longer and the temperature drops, don’t let the cold keep you indoors! Embrace the frosty weather with the new Winter Hike Pass. For $20, get unlimited access to all hikes from December through March, whatever the location or length. There’s no need to pre-register and no additional fees – just show up ready to climb. After hiking away the winter chill, we’ll head to a local pub to enjoy hot food and delicious drinks sure to warm you from the inside out. So layer up and put on your best boots, then join other cold-weather warriors for an active season of friends and fun.
How much is a pass:
Passes are $20 and only available until 12.15.13. All sales are final.
What is a Winter Hike Pass good for:
A hike pass will allow you to attend ALL hikes we host in Dec, Jan, Feb, and Mar.
How many hikes will there be:
We will plan out 2 hikes per month. If the case of inclement weather we will do our best to reschedule the hike. Even if we reschedule the hike for after March you can still attend as part of the Winter Hike Pass. Sometimes we may have to cancel a hike instead of rescheduling it. Here are the hikes we have scheduled so far for this winter, http://www.njyp.org/events/event/listByType?type=pass
When and where will the hikes occur:
Hike dates and locations will be determined the month prior. We will do our best to spread out the dates and locations. Hikes will always occur on the weekends and will always start at 10:30am except for the full moon hikes (should we decide to do one).
What level of difficulty will the hikes be:
The hikes will range from easy to strenuous and most hikes will be moderate.
Do I need a pass to attend any of the winter hikes:
No, you can still buy our regular $10 or $20 tickets to attend a hike.
