All I can say is keep yourself motivated with school and whatever work you might pick-up on the side. Business Management sounds like a good degree to get, hopefully the school has some kind of career services/placement for when you finish. Oh and stay active with NJYP as i've found networking with people is the best way to land the better jobs out there.

However if you really want a to make a drastic change, nothing beats going back to school and getting some kind of degree/certification, I recommend online classes since they are way more flexible.
