Many people ask me, what is the most defining moment in your life based on many experiences you have? Why did I chose to embark on difficult journeys where success is not guaranteed. I am enjoying this journey of self discovery as a former Sergeant of Marines, Fitness Model, Amateur Bodybuilder and Endurance Athlete, MBA/MPA student, and business professional.
I come from a culturally diverse family. My parents are first generation immigrants and I lived in many parts of the United States. I had the opportunity to travel globally with the Marine Corps and my professional fitness career. It has given me the ability to cross cultural boundaries and adapt to new environments. Throughout my evolution period, I turned to the business world to seek everlasting social entrepreneurial opportunities.
I am a proud alumni and current MBA student at Fairleigh Dickinson University. I worked as an independent personal trainer/group exercise instructor to help support me through college. I am the co-founder the Fairleigh Dickinson University Veterans Association to help transition combat veterans into college and civilian life. With this organization, I am a volunteer mentor for young and older veterans to achieve academic excellence and professional development. In addition I am also serve on the Board of Directors for ALPFA NY.
I seek to achieve what many people believe is impossible. I’m a firm believer in intelligence and I always broadcast myself as a thinker on every level first. One day, I will have the opportunity to serve again. I’m currently building a future to be one of the leaders that America needs. With a challenging career ahead of me, I have no doubt that I will be a serious and enthusiastic leader which I will be proud to serve you all again.
