I would like to move into a client services role that capitalizes on my strong problem solving and management skills sharpened over the years in various media service positions and, more recently multi-tasking and attentiveness skills required to manage within a small business environment.

I would be happy to expand on my qualifications upon request. Please email me at jahnaviu@yahoo.com.

Web Designer and Graphic Designer needed!

Two seperate jobs that can go to the same person if you're that talented. Descriptions for each job below:

Skilled Web Development and Implementation Specialist needed:

I am seeking a team of talented web developers who will design and develop a website with a complicated front and back end.

The webpage is a service website, requiring user logins, profiles, and special actions based on the users profile. This is not a simple job, I require a team of people with experience. I will divulge more information upon reviewing portfolios.

Requirements:
Frontend:
-Professionally designed and streamlined experience.
-User login and profile management
-"Bid" style postings for job postings.
-A search engine for bidding posts and users.
-Organization of lists of users/bids.
-A portfolio/resume section for users
-A walkthrough style guide to aiding posts of new bids
-A standard blog that automatically updates a twitter feed and facebook fanpage/group.

Backend:
-Manageable and organized
-Multiple login with varying access, ie: admin tools do not show to all employees
-Secure!
-Can manage users, key site settings

I will go more into detail after looking at your profile. I understand that this is not a SMALL job, and can assure you compensation will be in high.

When contacting me, you MUST give me your availability (how soon you can start the job), your time estimate, portfolio of work, and cost estimate. I understand if you can not give me proper time and cost estimates with the little information I have given you, so if you require more information, I will divulge it after reviewing your provided portfolio of work.

Remember, this is not just a site design job - I require individuals who can program a proper web application.

Graphic Designer Needed for Logo Design:

I am starting a new business called CrowdTechnica, which uses crowd sourcing to gather engineering solutions for the user at a fraction of the cost of typical engineering firms. I required a logo that looks professional and conveys both the image of our name, technical expertise, and have it still be business-savvy.

The logo must be delivered in several copies with transparent backgrounds, white backgrounds, black backgrounds, and several sizes and qualities as it will be reused on a number of marketing and business materials. A vector image is a huge bonus, but not required.

If the name of the site, CrowdTechnica, is not included in the logo (which I do not mind at all and understand completely), then an additional typeface/matching title for the Company name MUST be included.

I require from you - a portfolio of previous graphic design work, some ideas you might have, etc. If you want to send me samples of ideas you have for my logo, then watermark them or use small low quality versions - that way I can't take it from you and you can rest easy.

If you have questions about the company that can help out the design of the logo, just contact me and ask.

I will pay for the logo, aiming to pay around $50. I might be willing to go up to $100.

If you know of anyone who can fulfill either or both jobs, please put them into contact with me. The web development job will most likely pay in the thousands, and the logo design job is an easy job to line the pockets of some graphic designer.

Are you looking for an extra gig, working with children in an after school program?
I'm coordinating the after school program at the school where I work in Randolph (near Morristown) and looking for specialists to teach fun activities to children (think camp programming but after school). At the moment, I'm specifically seeking an art teacher for Wednesday afternoons, but I'm also looking for talented and reliable instructors for the winter and spring sessions. Each session runs 6-8 weeks and classes are 1 hour. Please contact me if interested.
