Tomorrow morning I am planning on doing some rock climbing at The Gravity Vault in upper saddle river if anyone is interested in coming along. No experience necessary. I am willing to give pointers and we will be bouldering which is low level climbing without ropes. There are huge pads underneath and a padded floor so even the nastiest of falls results in nothing more than a bounce. The only prerequisite is to be in someone decent shape otherwise you could be risking injury.

Unless you twist your ankle when your foot falls between the big mats :( Boo!

Nah, it's fun though! :)

Haha, I have actually seen someone break their arm there from jumping to reach a hold. Other than that it is usually just a lot of people complaining about tennis elbow :P
Ouch! And I thought a bad sprain hurt!

Hey,

If you ever go rock climbing again let me know! I'm not far from the place you are talking about :)
Hi Rebecca- I am there 2-3 nights a week. This week I am aiming for tomorrow, Thursday and Saturday morning. Have you ever been climbing before? :)
Nope, but I would love to learn. I'm into anything active, but this is the first time I've heard of a rock climbing place in the area.
