Nutrition Events: Somerset County

March is National Nutrition Month! Find out tips on how to get your plate in shape.

I am a Registered Dietitian and have planned events open to the community with the American Diabetes Association. The goal is to provide valuable information on diabetes, the different types, causes, and chronic disease prevention. Meal planning and food choices will be discussed to enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle.

Hillsborough YMCA: Diabetes Alert Day Tuesday March 27 5:00-5:45pm

Bridgewater YMCA: Monday April 23 5:30-6:15pm

Somerville YMCA: Monday April 30 5:30-6:15pm

Have you heard about BAM Social Sports yet? www.bamsocialsports.com

We are a sport and social club for adults and we would love to have a dietitian on board, could be a great way for you to make contacts and gain clients! BAM Social Sports is based out of the Bridgewater/Somerville area and provides adult co-ed sports such as Kickball, Softball, Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, and Bowling.
