Hey Melanie! Thank you so much for welcoming me to NJYP! It is awesome how you asked a question about teen literacy. It is unfortunate that the majority of teens have less interest in reading and writing. There are a ton of books about every subject. It is just a matter of a teen finding one he or she identifies with. Reading and writing are two of my passions. I finished writing a book.
