Maybe we can get James to go too since more guys are needed. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I don't get stuck nxt week. =)

I'm pretty sure James introduced me to Herme on Sunday at the Sundress party. I'll tell him to check this thread out and see if it interests him.

Ah, yes, I'd love to do something local on Monday nights. That's great. I took a Salsa lesson once; enjoyed it. Even took a Quickstep lesson once, but lets not go there. Definitely keep me in the loop. Thanks, Dar.

Thanks Franco and James, we will look forward to see all on Monday eve. Herme will be there this Monday and I'll join from following Monday.

It's fun to join salsa class but it's more fun to join with friends... :-)
Hey Gene. Very cool! We most definitely need more guys in class who will have an idea of what they are doing. :)

Here's my number if you get lost or can't make it - 732-763-4736 If you need me to come earlier to show u the moves, let me know. I'm also sure the instructor will be more than happy to help as well.

Address is 152 Oakland Ave, Edison, NJ

It's in the middle of a neighborhood but you can see it's a community building

Sounds fun! I love dancing so I'm in. I'm addicted to So You Think You Can Dance and so envious of how good they all are. :-)

Sounds like a plan - I just watched a youtube video on 2 steps which seem to be the same thing and how to turn.

Will shoot for 7:30 on Monday if that's a good time - looking forward to meeting everyone!

Dar, if you can get out a little early I can always pick you up at the train station so we can get there quickly.

What kind of shoes are best? Are sneakers ok or should I wear ankle strap heels?
I wear ankle strap heels for this kind of dancing, Michelle. Gotta stay up on the toes!

U can't wear sneakers. Usually heals. U can pick short heals but comfortable shoes. I'm so glad u guys r joining. Will see u guys there after a week.
heels are not a problem, I was just curious which would be best, figured it would be heels :-)
