Don't worry it's one big hall and all the people will be there. I might be at the entrance so we all find each other. We have a lot of NJYP's in the class besides others.

I see people referring to level 2, is this a more advanced class? I'd like to go but dont have any salsa experience. Would I be too far behind if i started going to the class now?
hi guys, to be honest if you are completely new, you should wait for the new intro class that will start in Sept.

a lot of newbies joined last night's class and the instructor was overwhelmed since she had to teach basics as opposed to continuing onto leaving new steps for the members who have been attending the past month.

the instructor, Brandis, mentioned that the new salsa 1 class will start on Sept 13th Monday at 9pm. here's the website: http://www.brandisdance.com/index2.html (just look at Sept calendar which is still in draft status).

i would definitely sign up for the Sept course. i think it will work more in your favor since the class before will be more advanced salsa and so some people might stick behind and be willing to practice with the newbies.
