Event Description

Whether you cook at home or head out to eat, it can be hard to avoid loads of Salt – but it’s not impossible.  Whole Foods Market is hosting an after work cooking demo on salt-replacement herbs & spices just for NJYP.  We’ll learn four different low-salt and salt-free recipes handpicked for Young Professionals. Though you won’t be able to cook in this demo, there will be some delicious meals to taste that won’t raise your blood-pressure.

Wish I could, but getting to Princeton by 7:00 is rough for me.  Hope to see more events like this!

I am going to try to make this event. This will be my first event looking forward to it. Hopefully i wont have to work that day.  Looking forward to meeting some new friends.
